How We Work
Five phases, each with a concrete deliverable and a decision gate. You can stop after any phase and keep everything. The process is designed so we have to earn the next one.
We sit with the people who do the work, not just the org chart, and map where hours, errors, and delays actually live. In parallel, we review your data, tooling, and security constraints so feasibility is grounded in your reality, not a vendor's demo environment.
๐ Deliverable: Discovery report: prioritised problem map + readiness assessmentEvery candidate use case gets scored on impact, feasibility, and risk. We kill the weak ones openly, put numbers on the strong ones, and agree the metric each build is accountable for. Build-vs-buy is settled here. If an off-the-shelf tool wins, we say so.
๐ Deliverable: Costed roadmap + success metrics you sign off onWe build the first system against real data from day one, with an eval suite defining "good enough" before the first prompt is written. You see a working version every week, and course corrections happen in days, not at the end of a quarter.
๐ Deliverable: Working system passing agreed quality thresholdsIntegration into your stack, security review, monitoring and cost controls, rollback plan, and hands-on training for the team who'll live with it. A launch isn't a hand-off. We stay on point through the first weeks of real usage.
๐ Deliverable: System live with real users + trained team + runbookWe report actual impact against the metric we committed to: hours saved, tickets deflected, revenue influenced. What works gets hardened and extended to the next use case. What doesn't gets fixed or honestly retired. Continue with us on partnership, or take the runbook and run it yourself.
๐ Deliverable: Impact report + scale plan (or a clean handover)Working Principles
We define what "correct" looks like, with test cases from your real data, before building. It's how we ship AI that behaves the same way on Tuesday as it did in the demo.
Systems trained and tested on sanitised samples fall over in production. We work with your actual data, under your security constraints, from the start.
Progress is something you can click, every week. If a week ever produces nothing you can see, that's a conversation, not a hidden slide in a report.
Documentation, runbooks, and training are built into every phase, not an add-on. Our best outcome is a client who no longer needs us and comes back anyway.
